Thank you for shopping with Gleam & Grace. We’re committed to helping you feel confident and radiant with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to make things right.


🕊️ Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or sent in error.


💫 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or card provider.


🌿 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact our support team at support@ashtoncapener@gmail.com within 7 days.
Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging — we’ll resolve the issue quickly.
